TEGMA’s discounted nightly rate is $385 plus daily resort fee of $25. There are a limited number of rooms available at this rate, and rooms are available at a first come, first serve basis. The discounted room block will expire when full or on December 29, 2025. We recommend making your reservation as early as possible to ensure availability.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Room rates are subject to a daily resort fee. This fee has been discounted to $25 daily for TEGMA attendees.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: To avoid a one night’s room and tax charge, reservations must be canceled at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.
