Tom Williams

Tom Williams serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for BNSF Railway, leading the company’s sales, marketing, and economic development initiatives while fostering strong relationships with customers across diverse markets. A veteran of BNSF and its predecessor Santa Fe Railway Company since 1993, Tom has held leadership roles in Intermodal, Automotive, and Industrial Products, most recently serving as Group Vice President, Consumer Products. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business finance from Indiana University, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and completed Harvard University’s Advanced Management Program.
Allan Gray
Professor, Land O’Lakes Chair in Food and Agribusiness, and Executive Director
Purdue University
Allan Gray is Professor and Land O’Lakes Chair in Food and Agribusiness at Purdue University, where he serves as Executive Director of both the Center for Food and Agricultural Business and the Digital Innovation in Agri-Food Systems Lab. Since joining Purdue in 1998, he has guided industry leaders through strategy facilitation, executive education, and applied research. His expertise includes agribusiness management, strategic planning, and innovation under uncertainty. A nationally recognized educator and thought leader, Allan has received multiple awards for teaching and leadership. A native Texan, he and his wife, Stephanie, have two daughters and a son.
Jim Vena

Jim Vena, Chief Executive Officer of Union Pacific Railroad, brings more than 40 years of railroad industry experience and a proven record of operational excellence. Beginning his career at Canadian National Railway, Jim advanced through roles in operations, marketing, strategic planning, and labor relations before becoming Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He first joined Union Pacific as COO in 2019, later serving as Senior Advisor to the Chairman, and returned as CEO in August 2023. Focused on safety, service, and operational excellence, Jim also serves as Chairman of the Association of American Railroads.
Brian Schouvieller

Brian Schouvieller is Senior Vice President of Product Lines, Ag Business at CHS, where he oversees trading and risk management strategies and leads teams across feed grains, oilseeds, wheat, and crop nutrients. A member of the sustainability steering committee, he has helped develop CHS’s ag planning organization to optimize end-to-end supply chains. Brian began his career with CHS as an intern and has held leadership roles spanning grain marketing, international development, processing, retail operations, and business development. He represents CHS on the boards of TEMCO and CHS Broadbent and serves on the NGFA board. He grew up on a Minnesota farm and earned a degree in agricultural business from the University of Minnesota.

Chip Flory is the host of AgriTalk, Farm Journal Media’s nationally syndicated radio program focused on market and policy issues shaping agriculture. A graduate of Iowa State University in Agricultural Journalism, Chip began his career in 1988 as a floor reporter and Bureau Chief for Futures World News before joining Pro Farmer in 1991. Over more than three decades, he has served as Senior Market Analyst, Editor, and Editorial Director, and now holds the title of Editor Emeritus. Raised on a farm in Oxford Junction, Iowa, Chip and his wife, Sue, reside in Denver, Iowa, and enjoy their growing family.
Andrew Harker

Andrew Harker is a Principal at The Russell Group, where he leads coalition management and strategic policy initiatives across agriculture, food, and trade. Since joining the firm in 2007 following an internship with the House Agriculture Committee, Andrew has directed successful efforts such as the Coalition for Safe Affordable Food, which advanced a uniform federal GMO labeling standard. He has also guided coalitions on animal health, welfare, labeling, and international trade policy. A Virginia Tech graduate in Animal and Poultry Science, Andrew grew up working in his family’s business and now lives in Virginia with his wife and children.
Devin Mogler

Devin Mogler is President and CEO of NOPA. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Corporate and Investor Relations at Green Plains Inc., where he led policy development and advocacy while supporting communications, marketing, and sustainability initiatives. Prior to Green Plains, Devin advised U.S. Senator Joni Ernst on agriculture, environmental, and biofuels policy, contributing to Farm Bill priorities and Renewable Fuel Standard advocacy. Earlier, he spent seven years at Farmers Cooperative Company, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of Operations. Devin holds a B.A. in Economics and Agricultural Business from Iowa State University and grew up on a third-generation family farm in northwest Iowa.
Jonathan Wahba

Jonathan Wahba is Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC), a role he has held since April 2023. Previously, he served as Vice President of Commercial Integration from 2021 to 2023, leading the development and execution of CP’s commercial strategy and playing a key role in the integration of Kansas City Southern. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Intermodal and Automotive, a position he assumed upon joining the company in 2017. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
