TEGMA Event Code of Conduct

The Transportation, Elevator & Grain Merchants Association (TEGMA) is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and welcoming environment at its meetings and events.

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, guests, staff, and other participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, threatening or disruptive behavior, or other conduct that interferes with the participation or safety of others will not be tolerated.

Participants are expected to comply with all applicable laws, venue policies, and TEGMA event requirements. When alcohol is served, attendees are expected to consume responsibly and remain responsible for their own conduct.

TEGMA reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to conduct that it determines to be inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with these expectations, including removal from an event without refund.
