Meeting Registration

• Members: $215** ($275 after Aug. 5)

• Non-members: $380 ($430 after Aug. 5)

• Government: $100

**To receive the TEGMA member rate, individuals must be employed by an TEGMA member company. View list of TEGMA member companies here.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received by August 9 for refund. No refunds will be provided after August 9. This policy applies to all circumstances including illness. Substitutions are permitted, however any applicable registration price difference (member/non-member and early/late rates) will apply.

First Time Attendees

First time TEGMA attendees from member companies receive $100 discount on registration. Enter promo code: TEGMA100 in the registration form.

TEGMA’s discounted nightly rate is $179. There are a limited number of rooms available at this rate, and rooms are available at a first come, first serve basis. The discounted room block will expire when full or on August 5, 2024. We recommend making your reservation as soon as possible.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. In the event of a reservation being cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to first night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file. Early departures will be charged one (1) night room and tax.
